Polyphenols from Vitis vinifera Seeds

Abstract:The chemical composition of polyphenols from grape seeds was studied. It has been found that they contain four catechins and two proanthocyanidins. The probable structure of the proanthocyanidins was proposed on the basis of physicochemical investigations.
