| Abstract: | The service support in university has been commercializea, with result of new type of legal cases of student management, whereas people＇s mediation system can play vital roles in managing college community. This article analyses the advantages of people＇s mediation system in settling disputes that students are involved with managing part. By empirical study, it elaborates the functions and prospect of this near legal system in solving law disputes of college community. |
