| 摘 要： | 针对停用后的产品技术状态模糊,有些质量特性很难确定的问题,提出了用模糊综合评价法确定再使用产品的质量特性,为了提高再使用产品质量特性确定的准确度,更充分利用专家的智能,对模糊综合评价法作了改进,分为两个阶段,先由权威专家确定语言值,再由普通专家在相应的模糊集内评估.案例表明改进后的方法可以有效可行地确定再使用产品质量特性.
