| Abstract: | We synthesized ultrafine particles of niobium oxide and niobium-oxide compounds by the metal-alkoxide method: Nb2O5, LiNbO3 and Srx- Ba1-xNb2O6 (x = 0 ∼ 1). The structure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and Raman scattering. All the Nb compounds have the same NbO6- octahedral network, independent of the substituted metal ions. |
