A vacancy state on ZrNx (100)

Abstract:A vacancy-induced state at about 2 eV below the Fermi-level is found in calculated normal-emission angle resolved UV photo-electron spectra for substoichiometric ZrNx (100) in good agreement with very recent experimental data.
