微电子技术发展历程——从基础研究到产业化

摘    要:本文简要分析微电子技术发展的3个重要发明:集成电路、硬盘和扫描隧道显微镜的发展历程,发现其都异常清晰地遵循基础研究一技术进步一大规模生产的3个阶段.基础研究导致技术进步,技术进步导致产业发展的发展规律值得思考和借鉴.

Abstract:Integrated circuit,hard disk and scanning tunneling microscope are very important three discoveries during the development process of microelectronic technologies.By reviewing on development history of those technologies,in this paper,we have found that all of them following the way from basic research to technology innovation to large-scale industry.Maybe this is a basic principle for our science research,technical innovation and production,which deserves thinking and attention.
