| 摘 要： | 得到了大肠杆菌亮氨酸转移核糖核酸及镧离子对溶液中ｔＲＮＡ构象影响的激光拉曼光谱，实验发现拉曼光谱能够提供溶液状态中ｔＲＮＡ＾Ｌｅｕ的核糖磷酸骨架构象，碱基堆积的相对程度，碱基对的一些特殊信息，该方法可用于比较分子的不同构型变化。 |

| Abstract: | Laser raman spectra of E.coli leucine transfer RNA(tRNALeu)and the effect of lanthanum ion on tRNA conformation in solution have been obtained.The raman spectra of tRNALeu has been found specifically to yield information about the conformation of the ribophosphate backbone and the relative extent of base stacking and base pairing in aqueous solution.It is a powerful method of comparing the molecule in difference configuration. |
