| Abstract: | Proton coupled and proton noise decoupled 13C-NMR spectra of 20 p-benzoquinones and 2-cyclohexenones having oxygen, nitrogen and halogen substituents have been measured. The unequivocal assignment of the spectra was achieved with the aid of the two- and three-bond spin—spin coupling between 13C and protons. |
