Tuning and modulation of a laser by acoustic wave |

| Abstract: | The possibility is suggested of tuning and modulation of an ordinary (not DFB) laser by the acoustic wave of relatively low frequency. The results of a calculation for the simplest case are presented and corresponding estimates are made for the laser of GaAlAs type. |
