Abstract: | Photoconductivity, photovoltage and photoelectromagnetic effect have been studied at different excitation intensities between 80 and 300°K in GaSe grown by the iodine transport method. The experimental results give evidence that the conductivity of these samples, which are n-type at room temperature, changes to p-type at low temperature. |
