| Abstract: | Thermoreflectance measurements on SbSI between 2.2 and 3.0 eV are reported at 110°K. Strong polarization effects have been found to depend on the orientation of the electric vector with respect to the c-axis. Correlations, between present results and previously reported reflectivity and its logarithmic derivative results are presented. |
