青铜表面GPTS/MTMS复合防蚀涂层的成分分析

摘    要:利用缓蚀剂BTA及NBS等助剂改性的GPTS/MTMS复合材料,在青铜表面制成透明防蚀涂层,用XPS分析了涂层组成。结果表明,涂层主要由C、Si、O、N以及Cu元素组成,改性前后C、Si、O、N元素的价态不变,Cu元素以Cu2 形式存在,其含量在改性后有明显增加。

Abstract:A transparent coating for the bronze culture heritage protection were prepared using GPTS-MTMS hybrid modified by the corrosion inhibitor benzotriazole(BAT) and other assistant agents.The composition of coatings was studied via XPS analysis.The results show that the coating is mainly composed of C,Si,O,N and Cu,their state doesn't change before and after the modification,the element Cu exists in the form of Cu~(2 ),its concentration is enhanced remarkably in the modified hybrid coatings.
