激光点火系统温度效应及其控制技术的研究

摘    要:激光点火系统应用于武器系统必须符合高低温性能的要求。研究了激光点火系统的高低温特性,得到了激光二极管阈值电流和输出光功率随温度变化的规律。基于对规律的分析,研制了带温控技术的激光点火系统。该系统以单片机为控制部件,以TEC为温控部件,以负温度系数热敏电阻为测温元件。

Abstract:Laser ignition system in weapon system must adapt to the demand of temperature.High and low temperature test of laser ignition system has carried out,the law which threshold current and output optical power of laser diode vary with temperature is drawn.Based on those research results,a temperature control system for laser diode is developed,in which single chip is used as control unit,TEC is used as cooling/heating unit,and NTC is adopted as temperature measurement unit.
