航天器质量信息大数据技术的研究与实现

摘    要:为实现航天器质量信息的有效管理和深度应用,分析了航天器质量信息的重要意义和数据特征,充分借鉴当前流程的大数据技术成果,基于ORACLE、MongoDB和HBase技术实现数据源层,基于Hadoop、Storm、MySQL、Berkeley DB和HANA技术实现数据处理层,基于SOA和Web Service技术实现数据服务层,基于多种技术方式实现具有多种应用功能的数据应用层,基于Windows Server 2012、CentOS 6.5、Unix、PHP和HTML5等技术实现系统软件开发部署,建立了覆盖全生命周期全方面的航天器质量信息系统,分析了系统所涉及的多源异构数据的采集、传输与存储,质量信息数据实时处理与分析,实时质量监控、预警和评估等关键技术实现途径,并对应用前景进行了展望,实现航天器研制全周期全过程全方位海量数据采集、处理、分析、预测和评估,使航天器质量管理更加科学、精准、高效。

Abstract:Spacecraft quality information is all the quality information such as documents, records and data produced during the whole procedure of designing, manufacturing, testing and launching of spacecraft, which is important, meaningful and very helpful to improve the quality of spacecraft. Spacecraft quality information is a typical kind of big data because it is plentiful, its source is abundant, its structure is diversified, and its requirement for process and application is very high. Based on big data technology, this paper gives a way to build a system for spacecraft quality information full-life-cycle management and use, introduced the basic framework, the way of implement and the key technology. At last the application futurity of spacecraft quality information management system is prospected.
