摘    要:从广泛适用于工程塑料的ZWT非线性粘弹性本构方程出发,研究了冲击载荷下粘弹性波传播特性与本构特性间的相互依赖和影响。以有机玻璃、聚碳酸酯和环氧树脂为实例,通过数值模拟,对粘弹性波的传播特性作了分析比较。建议了一个在准静态试验基础上,通过测量粘弹性波两个主要传播特性参数(特征波速和衰减因子)来确定高聚物高应变率下动态本构方程的方法。理论预示和实验结果相符。

Abstract:Starting from the Zhu- Wang-Tang (ZWT) nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive equation for engineering plastics, the interdependence between the basic characters of viscoelastic waves and the constitutive responese is studied. Computational simulations of viscoelastic waves propagating in PMMA,PC and epoxy bars are presented and compared each other, showing the influence of material parameters on the characters of viscoelastic waves. In addition to the quasi-static tests, a wave propagation method is suggested for determining the dynamic wiscoelastic constitutive equation for polymers at high strain-rates, by measuring the characteristics wave velocity and the attenuation factor of vicoelastic waves. The theoretical predictions are in good agreement with the experimental measurements.
