摘    要:天然植物黄酮类物质具有消炎、消肿、降压、降血脂,以及清除氧自由基等多种功能,其提取物质已用于食品、药品、化妆品等产品中。

Abstract:Flavonoids from Bambusa multipleleaves were prepared according to L_9(3~4)orthogonal test plan.The relationship between extracting conditions and yield of flavonoids extracted from Bambusa multiple leaves was investigated.The results showed that processing conditions affected the yield.In decreasing order of effectiveness,the conditions used were:1)types of extracting solvents,2)extracting time,3)time of pre-extraction immersion,and 4)temperature of extraction.The varieties of extracting solvents had a significant effect on the yield(P<0.05),but the other conditions did not affect the yield to a significant degree (P>0.05).
