多元曲线分辨法测定4-(2-吡啶偶氮)-间苯二酚的电离常数

摘    要:分别用渐进因子分析(evolving factor analysis,EFA)和SIMPLISMA(Simple—to—use interactive self—modeling mixture analysis)并结合交替最小二乘法(alter least—squares,ALS)计算4-(2-吡啶偶氮)-间苯二酚(PAR)的光谱滴定数据,分辨出PAR在pH0—14水溶液中各形态的分布曲线,测得PAR各级电离常数分别为pKa1=2.96、pKa2=5.45、pKa3=12.01。该法用于电离常数的测定,能避免各形态共存时的相互干扰,测定结果令人满意。

Abstract:Evolving factor analysis(EFA) and Simple-to-use interactive self-modeling mixture analysis(SIMPLISMA) combined with alter least-squares(ALS) respectively were used to calculate the spectroscopic titration datum of 4-(2-pyridilazo)-resorcinol(PAR),the distribution curve of all forms of PAR in water were resolved at pH 0 to 14,the determined constants of PAR were pK_(a1)=2.96,pK_(a2)=5.45 and pK_(a3)=12.01.These methods can be used to eliminate the interference of coexisted compounds in determination of ionization constant,the results are satisfactory.
