| Abstract: | A review covering the period from 1990 to 2004,is presented of the solid phase micro-extraction(SPME) as a new technique of sample pre-treatment which can be used in combination with GC,HPLC and etc.The principle of SPME and its performance technique,instrumentation,experimental methods,coatings,influential factors are introduced systematically.The progress and trends in future applications are also considered(39 ref.cited). |
