摘    要:本文以苏丹红Ⅰ为模板分子,以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、4-乙烯基吡啶(4-VPy)为功能单体,制备了两种模板聚合物(MAA-MIP和4-VPy-MIP)。对4-VPy-MIP进行了Scatchard方程分析。分别以这两种模板聚合物为固相萃取材料来填充固相萃取柱,从掺有苏丹红Ⅰ的红椒粉中萃取苏丹红Ⅰ。本文优化了固相萃取条件。高效液相色谱检测表明,在合适的萃取条件下,采用填充4-VPy-MIP的固相萃取柱可以有效地从红椒粉中分离富集苏丹红Ⅰ。

Abstract:In this paper,two kinds of molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) were prepared with different functional monomers as methacrylic acid(MAA) and 4-vinylpyridine(4-VPy).The polymeric material was characterized by scanning electronic microscope and Scatchard analysis.The polymeric particles were packed into 6cm glass columns to be invested to absorb selectively Sudan I from red peppers.Under the extraction conditions,the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) indicated the MISPE packed with 4-Vpy-MIP possessed excellent selectivity toward the template comparing the MAA-MIP.
