气相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定鸡肉组织中氯羟吡啶残留量

采用气相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定鸡肉组织中的氯羟吡啶残留,样品经乙腈-水提取,冷冻脱脂后,直接以丙酸酐衍生,采用气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)进行分析,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测。结果表明,氯羟吡啶在0.5~40 ng/m L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,方法的定量下限为5.0μg/kg,回收率为101.5%~111.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于7.7%。该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于鸡肉组织中氯羟吡啶的快速确证检测。

Determination of Clopidol Residues in Chicken Muscle by Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

A rapid method was established for the determination of clopidol in chicken by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS).Samples were extracted with acetonitrile-water.The extract was frozen to remove the lipid within,and derivated with propionic anhydride.Then,it was analyzed by GC-MS/MS under MRM mode.The calibration curve for clopidol was linear in the concentration range of 0.5-40 ng/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 4.The limit of quantitation for this method was 5.0 μg/kg.The average recoveries at spiked concentrations of 5.0,10,20 μg/kg ranged from 101.5％ to 111.8％,with relative standard deviations less than 7.7％.The method is simple,quick and high sensitive,and could be applied to detect clopidol residues in real samples.
