| Abstract: | The bulk photovoltaic effect and the photorefractive effect in some oxygen octahedra ferroelectrics (e.g., LiNbO3, KNbO3, (Sr, Ba) Nb2O6, BaTiO3) are interpreted on the base of the fluctuations model. The kinetics of the photovoltaic effect and its temperature and lux-ampere
