摘    要:根据流量连续和能量守恒原理,在滑动轴承热动力润滑计算中采用了一种确定混合边界温度的简单方法。与通常的平均边界温度方法相比,采用该混合边界温度使得轴承油膜温度提高,同时对轴承静特性系数、动特性系数,以及系统稳定性均构成不同程度的影响。最后的实验验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:On the basis of flux continuum and energy conservation law, a simple means to determine the mixed boundary temperature (MBT) of journal bearing in thermohydrodynamic lubrication computation had been suggested. In most cases, the average boundary temperature (ABT) is employed. In this paper, two kinds of boundary temperature were adopted respectively, and the results were compared. It is found that MBT makes oil-film temperature higher than ABT, and MBT affects bearing's static coefficients, dynamic coefficients and system's stability to some extent. The experiment presented in the paper has verified MBT's feasibility.
