高校生活区管理系统的设计研究

目前,高校学生生活区的管理多为手工管理或半自动化的管理模式,效率低下并且无法适应向后勤集团管理体制的转变,针对上述问题,设计一个基于VC技术能处理学生住宿登记和离校退房手续,管理收交各种费用和卫生检查等功能的学生生活区管理系统,并从系统分析、数据库设计和处理过程分析等几个方面对系统的实现做了阐述。其优于其他系统之处是对数据库进行了合理的设计,数据表针对主键建立索引并建立表间连接,大幅度地提高查询速度。实践表明,公寓管理所需的各项信息能方便快速的进行录入、查询、删除和修改,从而极大地方便了管理员对公寓的管理。

Design and Research of Management System of Living Communities in Colleges

At present,the management modes of living communities in colleges are implemented through manual work or half-automatization,so the efficiency is low and it is not accomodated with the transformation to the logistics management system.To settle the problem talked about just now,a management system implementing the function to deal with registering procedures and quiting procedures,to collect all kinds of fees and to check-up sanitation conditions is designed.The system is illustrated in the aspects of system analysis,database designing and process analysis.Compared with other systems,the databases are designed properly,indexes of datasheets are designed according to keywords and datasheets are connected with one another through keywords,so query velocity is improved greately.It proves that the information that is relative to the management of apartments is conveniently recorded,queried,deleted and modified,so it makes administrators manage the apartments conveniently
