摘    要:以钨酸为催化剂,过氧化氢为氧化剂,催化氧化环己烯(1)合成了己二酸(2),其结构经1H NMR和IR确证。采用正交实验法研究了过氧化氢浓度、钨酸用量和磷酸用量对2收率的影响。采用单因素法考察了酸性助剂,过氧化氢用量及其加料方式对收率的影响。结果表明:在最佳反应条件[n(H2O2):n(1):n(钨酸)=4.6 :1.0:0.06, w(H2O2)=27.5%,回流反应1.7 h]下,2收率95.1%,纯度99.2%。

Abstract:Adipic acid(2) was synthesized by oxidation of cyclohexene(1), using tungstic acid as catalyst and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant.The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR and IR.Effects of hydrogen peroxide concentration, tungstic acid and phosphoric acid amounts on the yield of 2 were studied by orthogonal experiment.Effects of acid additive, hydrogen peroxide amount and H2O2 feeding mode were investigated by single factor method.The results indicated that under the optimum conditionsn(H2O2) ∶n(1) ∶n(tungstic acid)=4.6 ∶1.0 ∶0.06, w(H2O2)=27.5%, reflux reaction for 1.7 h], the yield and purity of 2 were 95.1% and 99.2%, respectively.
