Mo掺杂SnO2纳米晶的制备及光致发光性质

摘    要:用四氯化锡和钼酸铵为原料,经水解、分离、焙烧等工序制备出Mo掺杂SnO2纳米晶的光电材料。通过X射线粉末衍射、透射电镜表征,结果显示:尺寸为2.5 nm左右的SnO2纳米粒子形成。荧光测试结果表明,以220 nm波长进行激发,其发射波长为463、490和537 nm,均在可见光范围内。

Abstract:Mo-doped SnO2 nanocrystals were synthesized with SnCl4·5H2O and(NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O as the raw materials,hydrolyzed,separated and calcinated.The synthesized products were characterized by XRD,TEM,diffuse reflectance spectrum and room-temperature photoluminescence(PL) spectrum.The result shows that there are SnO2 nanoparticles with the size of ca.2.5 nm.The photoluminescence of SnO2 is tested and found to have the emissions at 463,490 and 537 nm in visible region.
