Estimation of coherent source bearings using variational techniques

We study the problem of bearing estimation in the case of coherent signal sources with the use of variational techniques for minimizing the target function defined on the basis of the ℓ_p norm. A regularization technique similar to projection onto a signal subspace of given dimension is proposed.
