| 摘 要： | 本文以氯化十六烷基二甲基苄基铵为活性材料研制成ＰＶＣ碳棒涂膜式糖精电极。其线性响应范围为５．０×１０￣－５～１．０×ｌ０￣－１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，响应斜率５３．２ｍＶ／ｐｃ。将电极用于饮料中糖精含量测定，回收率在９０％～１１０／范围内。
