摘    要:研究用三异辛胺(TIOA)-硅胶柱反相萃取色谱分离、孔雀绿萃取光度法测定金(Ⅲ)、金回收率在96%以上。应用于矿石中微量金匠测定,结果满意,测定的最大相对误差(n=5)为6.3%。

Abstract:Tn this paper, separation for gold by reversed phase extraction chromatography with tri-incongruent octylamine (TIOA)-silica gel column was investigated. Recovery rate of gold is over 96% (malachite green extraction photometric method was used for determination of gold). The method has been used to determine gold in rock and minerals and the satisfactory results were obtained. The maximum relative error of the determination is 6.3% .
