摘    要:将上转换发光与磁共振成像相结合构建多模态的生物成像材料是目前在肿瘤治疗领域中的一种新趋势.该文通过简单的溶剂热法,以2-溴对苯二甲酸为配体,以Gd(NO3)3·6H2O、Yb(NO3)3·6H2O和Er(NO3)3·6H2O为原料制备了兼具上转换发光与磁性的多功能钆基配位聚合物超微球.研究结果表明:所制备的球形貌均一且具有较好的分散性.在激发波长980 nm的近红外光激发下,该配合物呈现出较强的红光发射和稍弱的绿光发射带,它们分别对应于Er3+4F9/24I15/22H11/24I15/24S3/24I15/2的能级跃迁.最后考察了不同实验条件对产物形貌及其发光性能的影响.

Abstract:Combining up-conversion luminescence and magnetic resonance imaging to construct multi-modal bioimaging materials is a new trend in the field of tumor therapy.In this paper,through a simple solvothermal method,using 2-bromoterephthalic acid as the ligand,Gd(NO3)3·6H2O,Yb(NO3)3·6H2O and Er(NO3)3·6H2O are prepared as raw materials.Up-conversion luminescence and magnetic multifunctional gadolinium-based coordination polymer ultramicrospheres are prepared.The results show that the prepared spheres have uniform appearance and good dispersibility.Excited by near-infrared light with an excitation wavelength of 980 nm,the complex exhibits stronger red light emission and slightly weaker green light emission bands,which respectively correspond to 4F9/24I15/2 and 2H11/2→ of Er3+ Energy level transition of 4I15/2 and 4S3/24I15/2.The effects of various experimental conditions on the morphology and luminescence properties of the product are investigated in detail.
