聚氨酯预聚体合成研究

摘    要:研究了聚氨酯预聚体合成过程中,TDI滴加速度、NCO/OH(当量比)和PPG分子量等因素的影响.实验表明,适当延长TDI滴加时间,控制NCO/OH略大于2/1,均有利于制备粘度较小的预聚体;而适当提高NCO/OH,降低PPG分子量,则有利于聚氨酯涂层抗张强度,定伸强度、硬度等物理机械性能的提高,文中着重就实验结果作出理论解释。

Abstract:Influences of drop-velocity of TDI, NCO/OH(equivalent ratio) and the molecular weight of PPG in the synthesis Process of urethane-prepolymers were studied. Experimental results show that it is to the advantage of the reduction of viscosity of prepolymers to prolongate appropriately the drop-time of TDI or to control NCO/OH to be a little more than 2/1. The results also show that to increase NCO/OH or to reduce the molecular weight of PPG is advantageous for the enhancement of physico-mechanical properties of polyurethane material. Theoretical explanations of the results observed were proposed emphatically.
