| Abstract: | Let  be a Hadamard manifold of dimension  whose sectional curvature satisfies  and whose curvature tensor satisfies  for suitable constants  and  . We show that  is of constant sectional curvature provided  is asymptotically harmonic. This was previously only known if  admits a compact quotient. |
