| Abstract: | The polysulfides α‐ and β‐P2S7 are synthesized by heating stoichiometric mixtures of P4S3 and sulfur in the presence of catalytic amounts of anhydrous FeCl3 as mineralizer (evacuated silica tube, 250 °C, 10 d). |
