摘    要:针对目前咪表停车收费系统管理难和收费乱的问题,基于ARM Cortex-M3处理器提出一种运用多传感器融合技术检测车位状态的智能咪表管理系统的设计方案.阐述了系统的组成、工作原理和软硬件设计,并对设计方案进行实验验证.实验结果表明:系统的车辆检测精度较高,运行稳定,基本满足路边停车收费的要求.

Abstract:According to the management difficuhies and arbitrary charges of the current roadside parking meter system, an intelligent parking meter system based on ARM Cortex-M3 using multi-sensor fusion technology to detect parking state was proposed. Its composition, operating principle, hardware and software design were described, and the experimental verification of design scheme was taken. The experimental results show that the proposed vehicle detection algorithm features high detection precision, the instrument operation is stable, which can meet the requirements of roadside parking charge
