摘    要:建立了配体交换色谱测定草甘膦的方法.在自制的配体交换色谱柱上,以醋酸铜-醋酸水溶液为流动相,紫外(254 nm)检测,实现了草甘膦与双甘膦中间体的基线分离.考察了流动相中醋酸铜和醋酸的浓度,以及流动相流速对目标物分离的影响,确定了以0.2 mmol/L醋酸铜-醋酸水溶液为流动相,流速0.8 mL/min的优化色谱条件,并进行了系统适应性实验和方法学评价.结果表明:草甘膦与双甘膦之间的分离度Rs>3,拖尾因子在0.8~1.0之间;在0.05~1.00 g/L范围内,草甘膦和双甘膦的线性相关系数分别为0 9998和0 9999; 回收率分别为102.2%和99.0%; 峰面积的RSD分别为0.14%和0.59%; 检出限分别为0 05和0.50 mg/L(S/N=3).

Abstract:A novel method for the determination of glyphosate by ligand-exchange chromatography was developed.Baseline separation between glyphosate and(N-phosphonomethyl) iminodiacetic acid(PMIDA) as an intermediate has been carried out on a homemade column using 0.2 mmol/L cupric acetate-0.2 mmol/L acetic acid as a mobile phase,flow rate 0.8 mL/min and detection at wavelength 254 nm.The chromatographic conditions,such as concentration of cupric acetate and acetic acid in the mobile phase as well as the flow rate,hav...
