| Abstract: | Abstract Six new potentially active drugs derivatives of 2.5-disubstituted thiophene are synthesized by a multistep procedure based on the reactivity of a sulfur carbanions: compounds 2, 3, 4 and 8 are symmetrical, substituted by identical functional groups, and compounds 10, 14 are non symmetrical. |
