| Abstract: | Abstract Temperature-dependent Mössbauer effect spectroscopy has been used to elucidate the dynamics of the metal atom in a number of tin organometallics. The vibrational amplitudes so obtained have been compared to those extracted from single crystal X-ray diffraction data, and the differences between these two sets are rationalized.
