摘    要:从电信业的行业特性分析入手,从“渠道为王”以及“为何为王”的角度出发,结合中国电信2005年转型探索的两项业务剖析,提出了电信转型方向,并进行简要拓展分析。认为中国电信应与类似“管道”加强合作。并适度推出自己的内容业务,摸索用户需求,培育信息商城,努力扩展“数字‘沃尔玛’”的广度与深度。

Abstract:This article firstly analyzes the characteristics of telecom industry. Then, in terms of "channel comes first" and the reasons, by combining with China Telecom's two conversion services in 2005, it puts forward the direction of telecom conversion and gives brief extension analysis. China Telecom should strengthen the cooperation with similar "pipe". properly put forward the content services of its own, explore user demands, cultivate information shop and try to expand the extent and depth of " Digital Wal-Mart".
