射频电路的ADS设计仿真与分析

摘    要:使用ADS软件,对射频电路设计方案进行仿真和优化。通过计算,得到5阶切比雪夫滤波器的LC参数值。将发射机和接收机的阻抗特性导入ADS软件进行阻抗匹配计算,分析得到阻抗匹配电路,提高了发射机的信噪比和接收机的灵敏度。

Abstract:ADS is a design and development software of Agilent EDA,which can relax the complexity of RF circuit design.RF circuit design was simulated and optimized using ADS software.LC parameters of a 5th-order Chebyshev filter were derived by calculation in ADS.An impedance matching circuit was obtained by analyzing impedance characteristics of the transmitter and receiver with ADS,which improved the sensitivity of the transmitter and signal-to-noise-ratio of the receiver.
