摘    要:系统集成作为项目来管理越来越引起人们的关注。由于大的系统项目是由一个个具体的子项目集成的。且每个子项目都有其自身的特殊性和不确定性。为整个项目的实施带来了一定的困难和风险。而系统集成项目的工期是决定项目能否成功并获得预期收益的至关重要的因素。因此如何有效地进行工期风险评价控制成为一个非常关键的问题。基于此,本提出了一种风险传递算法。从而得出系统集成项目的总工期风险。并进一步从关键风险单元的识别人手进行工期风险的调整、优化和控制。其目的是为系统集成项目的成功实施提供有效的决策支持。

Abstract:More and more attention is brought to us when the work of system integration is managed as a project. For a large system a project is always composed of many sub-projects, and each sub-project has its own speciality and uncertainty, so it brings some difficulties and risk to the implementation of the whole project. For the lead-time is a very important factor which will determine the success of the system integration project and the expectant benefit from the project, it has become a very key question how to evaluate and control the lead-time risk efficiently. In this paper, a lead-time risk transfer algorithm is presented for the calculation of the total lead-time risk of the system integration project, and the risk adjusting, optimizing and control are carried out based on identifying the key risk unit, the purpose is to provide sufficient decision support for system integration project.
