摘    要:设计了一种大功率白光LED照明灯具的封装结构,通过有限元计算,分析其稳态工作下的温度场分布,并通过温度测试实验表明,器件上测试点温度76.0℃,散热器外壳温度71.0℃,误差分别为2.6%和2.3%,理论计算与实验结果基本吻合。在此基础上,结合灯具各构件的温度场分布与传热学原理,提出了一种新的散热封装结构,为大功率LED的散热优化方案提供了有效依据。

Abstract:An encapsulation structure of high-power white LED lighting lamps is designed.The temperature field distributions of steady-state operation are analyzed by using calculation and analysis of ANSYS finite element.The temperature of test point on device is 76.0℃,and the temperature of radiator shell is 71.0℃ which are obtained by the temperature testing experiment.Based on the concordance between simulation result and experiment value,a new cooling encapsulating structure is revealed.An effective basis is provided for optimization scheme of high power LED heat dissipation through considering the temperature field distributions of components of lamps and heat transfer theory.
