摘    要:SCX400超细选粉机主要针对粒径在20μm以下的超细粉体的分级。文章论述了SCX400型超细选粉机粉体运动轨迹、分级原理以及转子转速与进口风量对分级精度的影响,研制了由传动系统、分级装置和进出料装置等组成的SCX400型超细选粉机,论述了由72片长方形转子叶片沿圆周均匀分布,形成细密"空气动力筛"的转子和转子与壳体间形成气动密封装置结构特征,并以粉煤灰为物料在该选粉机上进行模拟实验研究,获得各主要参数对选粉机的影响情况以及该选粉机的性能特点。

Abstract:SCX400 superfine classifier is mainly aim to superfine particles' classification which particle size lower to 20μm. This paper deals with the trajectory of particles, classification principle and classification principle of the SCX400 superfine classifier,and the effect of classifying precision of rotor speed and the air inlet flow rate. Develop the SCX400 superfine consists of the drive unit assembly, classifier assembly and inlet-outlet assembly, discussing the rotor consists of 72 swirl blades which can form an "air-powered cribble"and the structure characteristics of the seal assembly between The rotor and the housing, taking fine coal ash as the material, we carried on the imitate experiment on the classifier, learned the influence of main parameters to the classifier and took the function characteristics of this classifier.
