铜绿微囊藻对三角帆蚌耗氧率和排氨率的影响

摘    要:在实验室条件下,测定了不同铜绿微囊藻培养浓度下三角帆蚌(Hyriopsis cumingii)的耗氧率和排氨率.结果显示:微囊藻毒素对三角帆蚌耗氧率和排氨率的影响显著,实验后期试验蚌的排氨率下降明显;三角帆蚌在高浓度蓝藻条件下其代谢O:N比值增加明显,说明其呼吸代谢底物由原来以蛋白质为主改变成了以脂肪和蛋白质为主.研究表明,三角帆蚌能较好地适应低浓度的产毒铜绿微囊藻,但在高浓度的铜绿微囊藻培养条件下会产生较强的胁迫反应.

Abstract:Oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rates of freshwater mussel, Hyriopsis cumingii, cultured under different densities of Microcystis aeruginosa, were measured in laboratory. The results show that effects of microcystin on oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion of the mussel are significant. Ammonia excretion rate of mussels decreases with the increase of culture time. The O:N ratio of Hyriopsis cumingii under the conditions of high concentration of cyanobacteria increases significantly, suggesting that the respiratory substrate metabolism changes from the protein to fat and carbohydrates. The results of present study susggest that Hyriopsis cumingii can better adapt to Microcystis aeruginosa of low density, and are to be under pressure in the circumstances of highly concentrated blue-green algae.
