环境成本转移与西部可持续发展

本文从“南北”贸易模式出发分析其中隐含的“环境成本转移”和“专业化陷阱”问题 ,阐述我国西部大开发中如何尽量规避这些问题 ,为培育西部地区的可持续发展能力提供一点借鉴和启示。

Environmental cost shifting and the sustainable development of the western regions

from the point of the trade model between the “North and South”,the article analyzes the problems of “the shift of environmental cost”and “specialization trap”that are hidden in the trade model.Based on the perspective,it sets forth how these problems can be avoided as possible as much in the development of western regions.Furthermore,it provides some references and inspirations on cultivating sustainable development ability of the western regions.
