摘 要: | 光电池可以直接将光转化为电能,具有极大的可再生性,既清洁安全,无污染,又不会影响生态环境。从光电池的工作原理出发,通过实验测定了表征光电池基本特性的短路电流,开路电压和填充因子等参数以及外界条件对他们的影响。

Abstract: | Photocell can change solar energy into electricity directly and is a kind of new energy with clear,safe,no pollution,no effect on entironment and reproducible.This paper starts from the working principal of photocell,and discusses on systematically the short-circuit current,open-circuit voltage,fill factor and other parameters which are the characterization of the properties of photocell,and also discusses on the influence of external conditions for those parameters. |
