萃取剂的极性对葛根总黄酮提取率影响的研究

实验采用微波的方法,分别用95%乙醇、95%乙酸乙酯、95%正丁醇3种不同极性的溶剂从葛根中提取葛根总黄酮.通过对比三者的提取率与极性的关系,以及萃取剂与葛根总黄酮的极性和结构关系,研究萃取剂极性对于葛根总黄酮提取效率的影响.实验结果表明,95%正丁醇的提取效率最高;95%乙酸乙酯与葛根总黄酮的介电常数最相近,而结构因素造成乙酸乙酯提取率不高.在乙醇和正丁醇中,正丁醇极性和结构与葛根总黄酮的极性和结构相近,提取率最高.

Study on Effects of Polar from Solvents on Extraction Rate of Pueraria Flavonoids

Microwave was adopted to extract pueraria flavonids from pueraria lobata with 95% ethanol,95% ethylacetate, 95% butanol, which are three organic solvents with different polars. Three solvents got three extraction rates. In experiment, we have discussed the relation between extraction rate and polar in three solvents,and the relation between polar and structure of solvents and pueraria flavonoids, to study effects of polar from solvents on extraction rate of pueraria flavonids. The experimental results indicate that the extraction rate of pueraria flavonoids obtained by 95% butanol was higher than the others,95%ethyl acetate has the similar dielectric constant with pueraria flavonids, however, the factor of structure lead to the lowest extraction rate. Between 95% ethanol and 95% butanol, 95% butanol has the similar dielectric constant and structure with pueraria flavonids and the high extraction rate.
