基于投影寻踪的高光谱图像目标检测算法

摘    要:针对高光谱图像中小目标检测问题,提出了一种投影寻踪结合遗传算法的目标检测方法.该方法采用对异常分布敏感的偏度和峰度作为投影指标,实数编码的加速遗传算法搜索最佳投影方向.利用高光谱数据对所提出的方法进行了实验研究.结果表明,该方法能够快速、可靠的检测出小目标.

Abstract:A new target detection method in hyperspectral images based on projection pursuit (PP) and genetic algorithm was introduced. First, skewness and kurtosis which were susceptible to outliers were chosen as the projection index (PI). Then, Real coding based Accelerating Genetic Algorithm (RAGA) was used to find optimal solutions for a selected PI. The proposed method was studied using real hyperspectral data. Experimental results show that the method can effectively and reliably detect the target from hyperspectral images.
