Abstract: | The same mean-field theory for an array of Josephson junctions that describes the onset of superconductivity at normal state resistance RN(c) yields the kinetic inductance, L, for RN<RN(c). The predicted universal behavior of L, as a function of RN/RN(c), provides a further test of the theory of quantum fluctuations. |
