On the use of clocks in satellites for the testing of dragging of inertial frames in Einstein's general relativity

Abstract:It is shown that it is possible by using the lack of synchronization of clocks by light signal synchronization in circular orbits to test for the dragging of inertial frames in Einsteins's theory of general relativity. Possible experiments are discussed.
