| Abstract: | The assay of a range of 3H and 14C-labelled polymers by liquid scintillation counting is reported. Methods of sample preparation such as combustion, solution, gelation and suspension techniques are described and compared. The validity of a variety of procedures of counting efficiency determination for the above methods is examined and critically discussed. |
