| 摘 要： | 选举制度的发展历史表明,我国选举制度适应社会政治、经济、文化发展的需要,在不断进行完善,有力地促进了我国的民主政治和法制建设。随着市场经济的发展,人民民主政治意识的提高,我国选举还应在下列几个方面进一步完善:扩大直接选举的范围;适度竞选;改进和完善候选人提名制度;缩小城乡代表的人口比例。

| Abstract: | the development history of the election system shows that our election system is improving to keep up with the development of politics,economy and culture,It promotes the construction of democratic polities and law.With the development of market economy and the enhancement of people's democratic and political consciousness,we can better improve the election system in the aspects: enlarge the range of direct election,proper election contest;improving the contester nominating system;reducing the propotion rate between urban and rural representatives. |
